Joinville is a national reference in culture. For over 40 years, we have hosted the biggest dance festival in the world, the Joinville Dance Festival. In addition, we have one of the best Ballet schools in the world, the Bolshoi Ballet.

We are forming an international level orchestra in Joinville, the Musicarium.

The Flower Festival has existed for over 80 years, maintaining the tradition of flower cultivation brought by European immigrants. Juarez Machado and Schwanke represent us in the visual arts, while visual artist Vigas enchants with his projections and lights, illuminating festivals around the world.

In the city, there are operas, theaters, festivals, musical Sundays, typical festivals, historical heritage, Stammtisch, shows, choirs and much more.
